Consolidating multiple digital platforms into one streamlined eCommerce powerhouse.

American Landmaster (ALM) manufactures high quality, customizable, American-made utility vehicles (UTVs) out of Columbia City, Indiana. The ALM team was managing their ecommerce site, branding site, dealer portal, and customer relationship management (CRM) on separate platforms–resulting in a scattered and tedious process for maintaining their digital customer experience. Besides the messy ecommerce process, the site’s design was outdated, there was no intentional content strategy, and the site lacked many desired features.

Our Approach

ALM needed a web development firm who could analyze the current ecommerce system and figure out a new, custom way to consolidate all of the moving digital pieces and streamline the digital process into a singular platform. Additionally, they needed a team who could create a custom content strategy and UX design to create an exceptional user experience–all with the goal of generating as many leads as possible.

The solution

We constructed a power team of developers, strategists, and designers to create a custom ecommerce process, content strategy, and UX design. Utilizing Craft and Craft Commerce, we created one system that includes: a dealer portal with custom pricing, a dealer locator feature, the ability to purchase a UTV online or send a UTV to a specific dealer, and our favorite component–a custom UTV configurator to personally design and order the UTV of your dreams.

In addition to the ecommerce components, our lead content strategist and UX designer teamed up with our developers to create a flawless sitewide user experience as well as a flawless backend experience in order for the ALM team to easily manage and update their website content.
