We wish to extend a warm welcome to the newest member of the Reusser Design team, Erika Sparks. Hailing from Roanoke, Indiana, Erika will be utilizing her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Indiana University as she begins her journey as Reusser Design’s new project manager.
Outside of managing projects and interacting with clients, Erika loves to spend time with her husband of 17 years, Adam, and their two girls, Emma and Kaitlyn. She enjoys cooking, baking, reading, and soaking up the sunshine at her family’s favorite vacation spot at the Silver Lake Sand Dunes in Michigan. (She says it’s a hidden gem, though, so don’t tell her we told you!)
Erika also dreams of new adventures as she hopes to visit Italy one day.
Erika is no stranger to working with clients. She started her career as a Customer Service representative at Fort Wayne Metals before working her way up to the role of Product Manager for their Orthopedic product lines. She continued on serving as Fort Wayne Metals’ Senior Pricing Analyst helping them to develop their custom pricing program. The past 4 years she found her niché serving as a Strategic Project Manager, helping the company to execute strategic projects.
We look forward to capitalizing upon Erika’s strengths as we seek to improve our client experience under Erika’s direction. Erika has made it her goal to help Reusser build a more successful project management process from onboarding clients to fully executing a project. It is Erika’s hope that when a client wraps up a project with Reusser, that they will always turn into a repeat client and a glowing referral.
“I am excited to learn about a new industry. I love that Reusser Design is a local company with a solid reputation and wanted to work in a small family-focused company. Major bonus they offer great coffee!”
Please join us in welcoming Erika to the team! We are excited to learn from Erika’s experience in project management and we look forward to providing our clients with an even better and more seamless project experience in the years to come.
