We are excited to announce the addition of Fayth Glock as our newest content strategist at Reusser Design. A born and raised Hoosier, Fayth grew up in Warsaw, Indiana before attending Taylor University and starting her professional career in Fort Wayne. In addition to graduating Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations from Taylor University, Fayth is also actively pursuing her Master of Business Administration (MBA) at Huntington University.
In her spare time, Fayth enjoys spending time with her parents and siblings (she sweetly listed her grandparents as two of her best friends), meeting new people, asking questions, singing, dancing, playing soccer, exploring nature, and traveling abroad. When asked to describe herself in one word, Fayth said she is fueled by JOY, quoting Nehemiah 8:10 - “The joy of the Lord is my strength.”
Immediately prior to her employment with Reusser Design, Fayth served as the Communications and Design Administrator for the leadership development sector of Ambassador Enterprises. In this role, she was responsible for a variety of tasks, including: graphic design, content development, brand strategy, and photography.
This diverse skill set, combined with Fayth’s past experience in social journalism, athletic photography, and event coordination, has provided Fayth with a unique perspective as she approaches content strategy in her new role. In fact, Fayth has made it her mission to increase process efficiencies regarding content gathering, development, and planning while adding more innovation, creativity, and enthusiasm to the process of working with content strategy. When asked why she chose to work at Reusser Design, Fayth replied:
“I decided to work at Reusser Design for two primary reasons: the people and the hybrid. From the leadership to the team members to the clients that Reusser serves, it was evident to me that I would be working alongside and serving people who are authentic, driven, and devoted. Secondly, the role I was offered is a hybrid of my past experiences, skills, and passions. From content development to creative design to client relations, I jumped at the opportunity to become an innovative, relational storyteller.”
We know that Fayth’s joy and love for people will capture the hearts of our clients, and we can’t wait to watch her grow and thrive in her new role as content strategist at Reusser Design. One meeting with Fayth and you are sure to feel her passion and drive for helping each and every one of our clients as they navigate the content organizing and gathering process. Driven by her goals to build long-lasting relationships with clients and to become a trusted source of assistance and support, we know that Fayth and our clientele will make an amazing team!
